London Fashion Student Showcase Show (2011). Celebrities such as Jo Wood and Marina Diamandis from pop group Marina and the Diamonds, and industry luminaries like Harold Tillman, chairman of the British Fashion Council, watched as 22 young grads debuted their collections. The annual showcase is renowned for spotlighting future fashion stars, and has launched the careers of designers including Manjit Deu, whose label is now stocked in Harrods.

London Fashion Student Showcase Show (2011). The Brief for the MA project was to develop the concept and design of a performance of one hour with a minimum of six characters. From our design, we had to realise one costume and produce a short performance from one scene in collaboration with a choreographer and a performer. I was inspired by the opera L’Orféo by Monteverdi to interpret the Greek myth of Orpheus.
